The 2% cash back value is 1$ for every 50 points earned.

By logging into your Cuddle profile, click on “Show” next to the “My Cuddle Club” section. You will then have access to the Loyalty Dashboard, and you will be able to see the progression of your Cuddle Club membership level.
A member’s level will remain current throughout the month at the beginning of which it was assigned. It shall then be reviewed on the first day of every month.
Given such monthly review, the member’s level will automatically be updated to reflect the amount they spent throughout the last 6 months.
The anniversary gift (discount) is sent once per year for a single pet companion per Cuddle Club account. The companion profile must be completed to receive the anniversary gift. We are pleased to offer you a discount of Cuddle points to spoil your pet (the amount of the discount varies depending on the level of the member). Please note that you must also be subscribed to the newsletter to receive the birthday gift.
It is possible to be registered on our website, without being a member of the Cuddle Club program. To become a member, please log into your account and click on: "Become a member of the Cuddle Club".
Of course! Make sure you are logged into your Cuddle account prior completing your transaction, and your points will be automatically allocated to your account.
Of course! Cuddle points are considered a payment method in the same way as cash in all Mondou stores.
This also applies if you make purchases online: by being connected to your Cuddle account, your Cuddle points balance will be displayed in your account, whether they are accumulated from purchases made online or in store.
*Note that it is impossible to use your points on Autoship orders.
By logging into your Cuddle account, click on “Show” next to the “My Cuddle Club” section. You will then have access to the Loyalty Dashboard.
You must notify us via our online contact-us form or by calling our customer service at the following number: 1-855-411-5300, option 7. You can also visit any Mondou branch, where you will be asked to provide your lost or stolen Cuddle Club card number (if you know it) and your full contact details (name, email address and telephone number). This method will grant you a new and unique card number. The points on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card and the old card will be automatically cancelled.
Cuddle points may expire if the account has remained inactive for more than a year.
Mondou reserves the right to deduct the Cuddle points associated with the purchase of a product, or any promotional offer associated with it, when the same product is returned by the member. We invite you to consult our return policy.
