The Cuddle Club program is more loyal to you than ever! After 10 years of rewarding our customers and their animals, our loyalty program is getting bigger and better. To continue spoiling and downright pampering our loyal customers, the Cuddle Club program is expanding and is now divided into 3 levels: Loyal, Devoted and Beloved.
The introduction of different levels of the Cuddle Club program will allow you to save even more! Every purchase made at Mondou will bring you closer to the next level; once reached, you will gain access to even more discounts and privileges. Aim for the highest level and you will access all the advantages (highest percentage of discount in Cuddle points, exclusive offers, first look at new products, freebies and more). Loyalty pays off! Please consult the table to see the advantages for each of the levels.
You were a Cuddle Club program member prior November 7th? You will be upgraded to either the Devoted level or Beloved level until January 1st, 2023. Thereafter, your Cuddle membership level will be adjusted according to the amount you have spent at Mondou during the previous 6 months.
No, it’s free! You can accumulate Cuddle points completely free of charge.
For the Loyal and Devoted level :
The 2% cash back value is 1$ for every 50 points earned.

For example: your purchase invoice is $32.44 minus a promotional discount of $4. The total before taxes is $28.44. You will be entitled to 28 Cuddle points, because the total before taxes is rounded down to the nearest dollar.
For the Beloved level:
The 3% cash back value is $1 off for every 50 points earned.

By logging into your Cuddle profile, from your Loyalty Dashboard, you will be able to see the progression of your Cuddle Club membership level.
A member’s level will remain current throughout the month at the beginning of which it was assigned. It shall then be reviewed on the first day of every month.
Given such monthly review, the member’s level will automatically be updated to reflect the amount they spent throughout the previous reference period
The anniversary gift (discount) is sent only once for a single pet companion per Cuddle Club account. The companion profile must be completed to receive the anniversary gift.
It is possible to be registered on our website, without being a member of the Cuddle Club program. To become a member, please log into your account and click on: Become a member of the Cuddle Club.
Of course! Make sure you are logged into your Cuddle account prior completing your transaction, and your points will be automatically allocated to your account.
Of course! Cuddle points are considered a payment method in the same way as cash in all Mondou stores.
This also applies if you make purchases online: by being connected to your Cuddle account, your cumulative Cuddle points will be displayed in your account, whether they are accumulated from purchases made online or in store.
*Note that it is impossible to use your points on Boomerang orders.

You must notify us via our online contact-us form or by calling our customer service at the following number: 1-855-411-5300, option 7. You can also visit any Mondou branch, where you will be asked to provide your lost or stolen Cuddle Club card number (if you know it) and your full contact details (name, email address and telephone number). This method will grant you a new and unique card number. The points on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card and the old card will be automatically cancelled.
Cuddle points may expire on a specific date if the account has remained inactive for more than a year.
Mondou reserves the right to deduct the Cuddle points associated with the purchase of a product, or any promotional offer associated with it, when the same product is returned by the member. We invite you to consult our return policy.
No! All customers will keep the points they have accumulated.
