No, it’s free! You can join the program, collect Cuddle points and enjoy membership benefits completely free of charge.

In addition to obtaining discounts on all your purchases, the Cuddle program offers its members several benefits depending on your loyalty level. Visit the Cuddle program page to find out more.

You automatically earn Cuddle points on all purchases made via your Cuddle account (which must be activated). Present your Cuddle card at the checkout before the transaction is completed. If you don't have your Cuddle card with you at the checkout, remember to mention the telephone number or e-mail address linked to your account. For online purchases, make sure you are logged into your Cuddle account when you place your order.

For the Loyal and Devoted level :

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent (net amount spent rounded down to the nearest dollar, before taxes).

For example: your purchase invoice is $32.44 minus a promotional discount of $4. The total before taxes is $28.44. You will be entitled to 28 Cuddle points, because the total before taxes is rounded down to the nearest dollar.

For the Beloved level:

Earn 1,5 point for every dollar spent (net amount spent rounded down to the nearest dollar, before taxes).

For example: your purchase invoice is $32.44 minus a promotional discount of $4. The total before taxes is $28.44. You will be entitled to 42 Cuddle points, because the total before taxes is rounded down to the nearest dollar.

If you’ve joined the Cuddle program in store, you don't need to create an online account. You can simply log in using the welcome e-mail you received when you joined, or by using the “Forgot password” option on the login page.

This option is not yet available with the Cuddle card. However, you can access the digital version of your card by logging into your account via a mobile device on our website. Navigate to “My Account” and you'll be able to present your membership card as displayed in the section My Cuddle Club.

You can track your loyalty level by logging into your Cuddle account. Then click on “View” in the My Club Cuddle section. Your loyalty level is also indicated in our newsletter communications.

Each member's level is readjusted on the 1st day of each month. The member's level remains in effect throughout the month in which the member qualified.

When levels are readjusted (on the 1st day of the month), the level is assigned according to the sum of expenses (before taxes) incurred in the previous 6 months. For example, on October 1st, 2025, the level is assigned based on the sum of expenses (before taxes) incurred from April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

Devoted and Beloved members will receive a birthday gift for 1 pet registered in the companion profile per year. Make sure you've subscribed to our newsletter and entered your pet's details in your account. And don't forget to check your e-mail to claim your gift!

The birthday gift is offered to 1 animal per Cuddle profile per year.

Of course! Make sure you are logged into your Cuddle account prior completing your transaction, and your points will be automatically allocated to your account.

Of course! Cuddle points are considered a payment method, in store or online. You will be invited to apply your points balance when you pay for your order, provided you are logged in to your account when you place it.

*Note that it is impossible to use your points on Autoship orders.

You can view your received/exchanged points history by logging into your Cuddle account. Then click on “View” in the My Cuddle Club section and go to the “Activities” tab.

In the event of a problem, contact us directly or let us know by visiting any Mondou store. We'll be happy to give you a new Cuddle card and transfer your benefits to it.

Cuddle points may expire on a specific date if the account has remained inactive for more than a year.

Mondou reserves the right to deduct the Cuddle points associated with the purchase of a product, or any promotional offer associated with it, when the same product is returned by the member. We invite you to consult the terms and conditions of the Cuddle program for this purpose.
