Would you like to give your dog or cat a bath while keeping your bathroom clean and dry? Our self-service Doggie Wash facilities are the ideal solution! Make the most of it! You can bring your own grooming products, but it is also possible to purchase them in-store, where you will find all the products that you need, including shampoos, towels and brushes, to pamper your companion.

To take advantage of our DOGGIE WASH service, users must present their Cuddle card before access. The Cuddle card is free and available in all our stores and online (Become a member).

Fee: $10/hour (plus taxes) for Cuddle Club members with Loyal level*

The service is free for Cuddle Club members with Devoted or Beloved level (Become a member).

*Cuddle Club members with Loyal level can pay with their Cuddle points.

Our Golden Rules

The well-being of our employees as well as that of your animal is important to us.

Your pet must never be left alone in the service room. Your presence is required throughout the appointment.

If your pet shows signs of stress or nervousness, please inform our nail-trimming specialist immediately.

If your pet has a particular health condition, or if you have any doubts, please consult your veterinarian to confirm that this treatment is suitable for your pet. Outside their usual environment, pets can experience considerable stress. Pay close attention to your pet's behavior and any signs it may be displaying.

Follow the specialist's instructions to ensure that your appointment runs smoothly.

Please note that our nail-trimming specialist may refuse to trim your pet's nails for any reason, or interrupt the session before or during the appointment, if deemed necessary.
