Customer satisfaction is at the heart of who we are.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be pleased to exchange or refund any item purchased at Mondou within the 30 days of the purchase date, upon presentation of the original receipt.
An item purchased in store may be returned in store (same or a different one) based on the following criteria:
- The 30-day period following the date of purchase is respected
- The original receipt, paper or digital, is presented
- The refund will be made on the same type as the original payment (credit, debit or cash)
- The food and treats are in their original packaging and contain more than 80% of the original quantity
- Boots, clothing and accessories must not have been worn, used or washed
- The item is in the same condition as when it was sold
- The item does not represent the quality standards of the product
An item purchased online can be returned free of charge:
- In person, in one of our stores
- By mail -by having contacted our customer service previously (please note that shipping fees are not refundable)
If you choose to return an item in store, you must have these with you:
- The item to be returned
- A copy of your digital receipt
- The credit card used for the purchase
The refund will only be made on the same type as the original payment.
- Any item marked "final sale" cannot be returned as well as gift cards.
