Christmas Delivery

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order before December 16.

Regional Exceptions

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order earlier for the following regions:

  • Atlantic Canada: place your order before December 12.
  • Western provinces: place your order before December 9.

Please note that these dates are based on carrier estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control (weather conditions, high volume, transportation delays, etc.). We encourage you to review our full shipping policy for more details.

Fast & Simple!

We offer home delivery in 1 to 3 business days on most orders placed before 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, for delivery within the province of Quebec.

Ship to Home Delivery Fees


Standard delivery in Quebec is free of charge on orders of $79 or more.

For orders under $79, delivery is offered at a flat rate of $6.99.

In remote areas of Quebec and outside the province, delivery is offered at a flat rate of $10.99.

Additional charges may apply for large-volume or heavy items, such as litter boxes. Should this be the case, these additional charges will appear in the order summary of your shopping cart and are independent of the free delivery offer.


Ship to Store

Ship to store is always free! Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your items to be delivered to the store you selected. You will receive an email letting you know your order has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup. If, after a few days, you have not yet picked up your order, a reminder email will be sent.
