Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours after they are received.

We offer home delivery within 2 to 4 business days for most orders placed before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, for delivery within Quebec.

For remote regions of Quebec and shipments outside the province, delivery times are typically 4 to 7 business days.

Ship to Home Delivery Fees

Standard delivery in Quebec is free of charge on orders of $49 or more.

For orders under $49, delivery is offered at a flat rate of $6.99.

Ship to Store

Ship to store is always free! Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your items to be delivered to the store you selected. You will receive an email letting you know your order has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup. If, after a few days, you have not yet picked up your order, a reminder email will be sent.
