We have changed the rules for setting passwords. The need to reset your password will allow you to securely log back in and access new tools to enhance your customer experience and meet high security standards.

It is normal to not see your order in your account immediately after a purchase. It may take a few hours for your order to appear in your account.

Please make sure that your phone number is recorded in your shipping and billing information. This field is now mandatory in order for us to process your order.

The Boomerang program is also getting a makeover. Following the migration to our new digital platform, we are in the obligation to ask you to recreate your recurring cart, since it contains confidential and encrypted payment information, which could not be transferred during the update of our systems.

We have taken steps to ensure minimal disruption of service. Boomerang orders scheduled until February 24 have been processed. As of February 25, 2022, you will need to recreate your recurring cart, but rest assured that our delivery times have improved.

This option is unfortunately not available at the moment and we are sorry for this inconvenience. Our team is working on resolving this issue. However, you will still earn Cuddle Points on each of your Boomerang orders.
