Terms and Conditions for conferences

1. The Client must:
   
   1. be a Cuddle Club member in good standing;
   2. complete the reservation in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement;
   3. show up at the time agreed upon, with the necessary materials, where required;
   4. when the presence of the animal is required, produce proof of its vaccinations;
   5. have complied with the cancellation rules for the Service during the course of the past year;
   6. follow the instructions of the speaker; and
   7. respect the premises, speaker and other participants.

2. To ensure the smooth proceeding of the Service, the use of cell phones is prohibited during the Service.

 
Reservation

• The Client completes the reservation through Booxi or in store.
• The reservation will only be completed once a confirmation has been sent, per the Client’s choice, by email or text message. (Fees may apply according to your agreement with your telephone company).

Cancellation

The Client may cancel the Service at any time up to thirty-six (36) hours prior to the scheduled Service.

Mondou’s commitment:

Mondou agrees to:

1. provide the Service, except in the event that the speaker cancels the Service; and
2. refund the Client in the event of cancellation within the stipulated period or if the speaker cancels the Service.

Disclaimer:

• The Client understands that under the Agreement, Mondou will act as an intermediary and, as such, Mondou will not incur any liability as a result of the Service provided. The Client agrees neither to seek any damages nor to initiate any proceedings of any kind whatsoever in relation to the Service provided.
  
  
• The Client understands that given the unpredictable behaviour of the animal, as well as any pre-existing conditions specific to the Animal which cannot be predicted, Mondou shall not be held liable for the Service provided. The Client agrees neither to seek any damages nor to initiate any proceedings of any kind whatsoever in relation to the Service provided.
  
  
• The Client understands that as part of an advertising campaign run by JE Mondou, one or more photographs will be used for promotional purposes. The Client shall hold harmless JE Mondou, its officers and employees of any responsibility arising in any way from any and all use of a photograph in which the Client and/or the Client’s animal appears for promotional purposes.

Filming and taking photographs is prohibited

The Client understands that during the Service, the use of sound recording or broadcasting devices, cameras and video cameras is prohibited.

The Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the province of Québec. Any dispute arising out of or under this Agreement will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the District of Montréal.
