Handle and respect proper sanitation same as with any raw meat. Wash your hands, bowls, utensils ans surfaces. Keep unused patties frozen. Thaw before feeding and keep leftovers in therefrigiratorup to 48 hours. Patties left at room tempurature more than 2 hours can spoil. Do not cook orheat in the micro-wave.
