Up to 15 lbs: ½ – 1 cup
16 – 25 lbs: 1 – 1½ cups
26 – 40 lbs: 1½ – 2¼ cups
41 – 60 lbs: 2¼ – 3 cups
61 – 80 lbs: 3 – 3¾ cups
81 – 100 lbs: 3¾ – 4½ cups
Over 100 lbs: 4½ cups + ½ for each additional 20 lbs
