Up to 15 lbs: ½ - 1 cup
16 - 25 lbs: 1 – 1 ½ cups
26 - 40 lbs: 1 ½ - 2 ¼ cups
41 - 60 lbs: 2 ¼ - 3 cups
61 - 80 lbs: 3 – 3 ¾ cups
81 - 100 lbs: 3 ¾ - 4 ½ cups
Over 100 lbs: 4 ½ cups + ½ for each additional 20 lbs
