Shipping Policy

We offer home delivery and in-store pickup. Home delivery is free with any purchase of $79 or more, before taxes and other fees*. In-store pickup is always free and available in most of our stores.

*Additional fees for large or heavy items, such as litters, may apply. In such cases, these additional fees shall appear in the order summary of your shopping cart.

Product availability and delivery times home delivery

Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. For some products, delivery may exceptionally take up to 5 to 7 business days.

All orders of in-stock items require two full business days for processing, to which the delivery time must be added. The latter is determined by the method of delivery chosen by the customer at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to respect delivery times. We will notify you if the product is not available.

If you live in Ontario or Quebec, we will deliver to your door!

Delivery Fees home delivery

Delivery fees cover preparation and packaging, plus stamping. They are determined according to the delivery method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, the delivery address, the number of items ordered and the total amount of the order before taxes. Please consult our delivery fees displayed on the Mondou site and when submitting your order. Mondou may modify these fees at any time.

In-store Pickup:

In-store pickup is always free. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your items to be delivered to the store you selected. You will receive an email letting you know your order has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup. Please note that we will hold your order for 14 days.

If you do not pick up your order within 3 days of its arrival at the store, you will be sent an email reminder. A second email reminder will be sent to you after 10 days of it being ready for pickup. If you do not pick up your order within 14 days of its arrival at the store, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation date. An email will be sent to inform you of the situation, and a refund will be applied to your credit card.
