Return Policy

The quality of our products is key to who we are. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would be pleased to exchange or reimburse any item purchased at Mondou, on presentation of the original sales receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. If you do not have your receipt, our products may be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value or for store credit.

All returned items must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase. Boots, clothing and accessories may be tried on for size (indoors only).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the initial payment.

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any pet food or treats you purchase from Mondou, we will gladly exchange the product or refund your money. To be eligible, the product you wish to return must be in its original package, which must contain at least 80% of the initial quantity and be accompanied by the purchase receipt. If you do not have your receipt, the product is eligible for an exchange only.

    Items purchased online may be returned :

    1. In person at one of our store
    2. To the Mondou warehouse via Canada Post to 10400, rue Renaude-Lapointe, Anjou (Quebec), H1J 2V7

    If you choose to return the items via Canada Post, you must proceed as follows:

    1. Contact Mondou customer service, available Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm, at 514-322-5300 or at our toll-free number 1-855-411-5300, and provide the required information;
    2. Mondou customer service will then send the customer a return label via Canada Post;
    3. You must bring the item to a Canada Post counter or branch with the return label provided by Mondou.
    4. Items returned or exchanged without a purchase receipt will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit in the amount indicated below. Your name, address and telephone number will be required for verification purposes. You may also be asked to provide a piece of photo identification.

    Returns made in-store will be processed immediately.

    Returns made via Canada Post will be processed within a period of approximately 7-10 business days following the date the returned items were received.

    Cancelling an online order

    To cancel an order made online, please call our Customer Service department at 514-322-5300, ext. 7. You may cancel an order up until the moment you receive a confirmation message letting you know that your order is ready to be shipped. However, your order may have already been packed, even though you have not yet received this confirmation. At this time, unfortunately, it will no longer be possible for you to cancel your order.

    You can check to see whether or not we have sent you the confirmation by calling 514-322-5300, ext 7. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the items you have ordered as soon as you receive them by following the return policy described above.
