Mondou Mondon Mira: Together, Changing Lives
From September 3 to October 25, 2026, the annual Mondou Mondon Mira campaign is back.
This campaign brings together Mondou customers, teams, partners and suppliers around a shared goal: supporting the Mira Foundation and helping change lives, one dog at a time.
Every day across Quebec, hundreds of Mira dogs support people living with visual impairments, young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and individuals with physical limitations. Behind each of these dogs is a unique story marked by greater independence, increased confidence and newfound freedom. It is to help these stories continue that Mondou remains committed year after year.
A Mission That Has Been Transforming Lives for 45 Years
This year, the Mira Foundation proudly celebrates its 45th anniversary.
Since its creation, the organization has continued to evolve to meet the growing needs of the community and provide tailored support to an increasing number of beneficiaries.
Today, its mission is carried out through four specialized programs:
- Guide dogs for people with visual impairments;
- Mobility assistance dogs;
- Assistance dogs for youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD);
- Institutional assistance dogs.
Far more than companions, these dogs become true life partners. They provide independence, safety, comfort and invaluable support to beneficiaries and their loved ones.
How Can You Support Mondou Mondon Mira?
Throughout the campaign, there are several simple ways to support the Mira Foundation:
- Make a donation at any Mondou store;
- Redeem your Câlin points as a donation;
- Purchase a Mondou reusable bag or emergency sticker, available in stores and online;
- Make a donation online directly through Mira’s website.
Every contribution counts. Whether large or small, it directly supports Mira’s programs and helps prepare the dogs that will make a difference in the lives of many people.

A Partnership That Has Lasted Since 1998
As an official partner of the Mira Foundation since 1998, Mondou plays an essential role in supporting and promoting its mission.
Over the years, the Mondou Mondon campaign has raised more than $4 million thanks to the generosity of customers, the dedication of store teams and the support of numerous partners and suppliers.
But the connection between Mondou and Mira extends far beyond this annual campaign.
It is a relationship built on trust over decades, driven by shared values of commitment and generosity, as well as a deep belief that animals have the power to transform lives.
Year after year, Mondou teams witness the extraordinary impact of Mira dogs on beneficiaries. It is this reality that continues to inspire our commitment and our desire to contribute meaningfully to the success of the Foundation’s mission.
Together, We Can Make a Difference
For 45 years, Mira dogs have been changing lives. They restore confidence, foster independence and create extraordinary bonds with the people they support.
By participating in the Mondou Mondon Mira campaign, you are directly contributing to this mission. You are helping train tomorrow’s dogs, support today’s beneficiaries and create a future filled with possibilities for those who need it most.
Because behind every Mira dog is an inspiring story, every donation has the power to make a real difference.
Each edition of the Mondou Mondon Mira campaign is made possible thanks to the commitment and support of dedicated partners. We are proud to count on the contribution of these valued partners, who help make it possible to roll out this campaign across Quebec.
