Terms and Conditions of Use
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: The agreement below describes the terms and conditions governing use of Mondou Gift Cards, which are available through all Mondou, pour les animaux (hereinafter called “Mondou”) stores.
By using a Mondou Gift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein. This agreement governs the use of Mondou Gift Cards by you or any other person.
Funds loaded onto a Mondou Gift Card can be used to make purchases at any Mondou store. Once loaded onto the Mondou Gift Card, funds cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or surrendered. The gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Purchasing a Mondou Gift Card
Mondou Gift Cards can be purchased at all Mondou stores. At the time of purchase, a minimum of $5 must be loaded onto the card; no maximum applies.
Mondou Gift Card transaction and balance statement
You can obtain a statement of your latest transactions and check the current balance on your card by visiting www.mondou.com.
Mondou Gift Card fees and balance expiry
J.E. Mondou does not levy any fee to issue, activate or use your Mondou Gift Card. Your Mondou Gift Card has no expiry date.
Billing errors and Corrections
J.E. Mondou Ltd reserves the right to adjust the balance on your Mondou Gift Card in the event of an input error. J.E. Mondou Ltd shall not be held responsible for billing errors unless you notify us within thirty (30) days of the operation in question. We recommend that you check your account balance carefully and keep your sales receipts for reference.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Use
Notwithstanding the above, J.E. Mondou Ltd reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the terms and conditions governing the use of the Mondou Gift Card. Updates to the terms and conditions will be published on the Mondou Web site at http://www.mondou.com in the days following the modifications.
The terms and conditions governing the use of the Mondou Gift Card that are published on the Web site will always take precedence over oral or written representations of the terms and conditions.
The invalidation of any of the terms or conditions contained herein will not invalidate the remaining terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be modified and posted to the Mondou Web site only by an authorized J.E. Mondou Ltd administrator. At no time can they be modified by a Mondou store employee.
